a somewhat underwhelming experience
limited menucrowded gym
The room service menu felt surprisingly limited. i expected a wider selection, especially for late-night options. also, the gym was smaller than i anticipated. It only had a few machines, and it got crowded quickly during peak hours.

The staff was professional. the facilities were very clean too. the location is excellent. It is not directly in the center but within walking distance!
the ac did not work due to a power outage. the room was very warm at 25c during the night. the hotel maybe should have offered a discount, though.

The location is excellent. It is super close to trains. trolleys are also nearby. the shopping plaza is very convenient.
the ac did not work during the night. the room was 25c, it was uncomfortable. the hotel should have compensated with a discount after this inconvenience
