a somewhat underwhelming experience
limited menu crowded gym
The room service menu felt surprisingly limited. i expected a wider selection, especially for late-night options. also, the gym was smaller than i anticipated. It only had a few machines, and it got crowded quickly during peak hours.

excellent location friendly staff high standard rooms non-functional ac no discount distant parking
the location was excellent it was close to the center. the staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival i felt welcome. the rooms had a high standard they were modern and clean
the ac did not work a power outage caused that and the room was 25c during the night. the hotel did not compensate me with a discount. the parking was far from the hotel

okay experience at the hotel
excellent location nearby trolley convenient plaza malfunctioning ac high temperature discount absence
The location is excellent. It is super close to trains. trolleys are also nearby. the shopping plaza is very convenient.
the ac did not work during the night. the room was 25c, it was uncomfortable. the hotel should have compensated with a discount after this inconvenience
